Who we are

Data Piper AI ("Data Piper", "we", "us") operates the website at datapiper.ai. We design and deploy AI systems on Google Cloud for business customers. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us

When you submit the form on our contact page, we collect the information you enter: your name, company email address, phone number, company name, and the message you write. We use it to respond to your inquiry, schedule a conversation, and follow up about the services you asked about.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs when you visit, including your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of the request. We use these logs to keep the site running and secure. We do not currently run advertising trackers on this site.

Third-party services

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts and icons from the Cloudflare CDN (Font Awesome). Form submissions are processed by Google Apps Script and stored in Google Workspace, which we use as our business productivity suite. Each of these providers may receive your IP address and standard request data in order to deliver the service, and each is governed by its own privacy policy.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers named above, as needed to operate this site and respond to you, and when required by law.

Retention

We keep inquiry records for as long as we have an active conversation with you and for a reasonable period afterward for business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us through the form on our contact page. California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to request deletion; we honor these requests for all visitors regardless of location.

Children

This site is intended for business professionals and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be reflected here.
